Product Introduction

Assembled corrugated galvanized steel plate bins have been widely used in breweries, malt factories, grain depots, grain and oil processing plants, feed mills, chemical plants, pharmaceutical factories, ports, farms, and for grain storage. These bins offer the following advantages:

  1. Lightweight and Low Foundation Requirements: The average steel consumption per cubic meter is 10-20 kilograms.
  2. Types of Bins: They are divided into round bins and square bins.
  3. High Standardization: All components are manufactured using standardized methods, achieving standardization, universalization, and serialization. Square bins adopt a modular design; they are prefabricated in factories and assembled on-site. Assembly is simple, and the construction period is short.
  4. Facilitates Mechanization and Automation: Equipment such as grain intake, discharge, sweeping, drying, temperature measurement, moisture measurement, pest detection, material level monitoring, sunlight intensity measurement, and ventilation can be integrated as needed.
  5. Easy Demolition and Maintenance: All bin plates are connected using bolts.
  6. Corrosion Resistance and Longevity: All external components are galvanized, providing strong corrosion resistance, long service life, and lasting aesthetics.
  7. Low Cost: Generally, the cost is 35-50% of that of reinforced concrete bins, with a service life of approximately 20 years.
  8. Highly Reliable and Accurate Temperature Measurement System: The system employs high-tech digital sensors for unparalleled reliability and accuracy. The temperature measurement cables maintain a simple two-core structure, with cables connected end-to-end. There is no need for a distribution box indoors, resulting in a simple system configuration. The entire system undergoes comprehensive protective treatment, with fully sealed connectors, providing static electricity prevention, fumigation resistance, lightning protection, and durability. The system's simplicity and modular design facilitate easy installation and maintenance, and system expansion is straightforward. For silo bins, replaceable core cables can be used, ensuring that sensors are not subjected to tensile forces, making them sturdy and reliable, and easy to replace in case of anomalies.

Structure of Corrugated Galvanized Steel Plate Bins

Flat-bottom corrugated galvanized steel plate bins consist of two parts: the bin cylinder and the bin cover. Both the bin cylinder and cover are made of pressed galvanized steel plates. Columns are installed inside the bin cylinder, and rubber strips are used to seal the joints of the bin wall plates, which are connected with high-strength bolts. The bin wall is equipped with a door and an external ladder. The bin cover has four natural ventilation windows, a ladder, a manhole, and a temperature measurement beam for installing temperature measurement cables.

Cone-bottom corrugated galvanized steel plate bins consist of three parts: the bin cylinder, the bin cover, the cone hopper, and the support frame. The first two parts are the same as those of flat-bottom corrugated galvanized steel plate bins. The cone hopper is made of pressed galvanized steel plates and connected with bolts; it can also be made by welding steel plates. The support frame is made of I-beams or channel steel.

The basic design of the steel plate bins can be handled by the user or entrusted to our company. For construction convenience, the embedded parts and lifting bolts (H0>1.5 meters) in the foundation should be fabricated by the user and embedded in the foundation.

  1. Flat-bottom bins: There are 14 series with 160 models ranging from φ4.8 to φ32.6, with volumes ranging from 90 to 12,000 cubic meters.
  2. Cone-bottom bins: There are 9 series with 51 models ranging from φ2.4 to φ18.5, with volumes ranging from 7.2 to 4,500 cubic meters.
